Well that just goes to show how ignorant people are in your gym. Most top athletes train their grip, including powerlifters, olympic lifters, strongman competitors, arm wrestlers, etc. If people at your gym do not train their grip then there must not be many advanced trainers who workout there.

Dude, you are lucky they play the music they do at your gym. If I hear one more song from Lady Gaga or Rihanna or Beyonce at my gym, I am going ot friggin puke.

You can train arms once or twice per week, depending on your overall workout routine. Keep in mind arms get worked as secondary muscles with your chest and back workouts as well.

I like to do my biceps with back, and triceps with chest. It feels comfortable for me because I was doing all arms one day until I got a great biceps burn while working my back, so I thought it would be best to split them up

Chin ups, dips, and push ups are all great exercises. I personally include them all in my workouts.

What you are doing is good, but I recommend you go to my main channel page and check out my "Playlists". There is a good 3 day bodybuilding split routine posted that you can follow that is a much more complete program then what you are following.

do you think its ok do to biceps the day after your back workout or would it be too much strain on them? The reason im asking is because biceps are a secondary in a lot of back excersises and i feel a little pump in them when doin back but usually do biceps/triceps the next day

I've often trained arms the day after back or chest. I find that it works ok for me. But listen to your body. If your arms are sore from your back day, take a day of rest and hit them the next day instead.
