You'll have to ignore the friggen music in the back ground... The gym that I train at has a sponsorship deal with the local classic rock station so they keep playing all the oldies... I personally just phase out and don't even pay attention to it anymore, but it is really obvious on the video.

Each exercise is proceeded with 1-2 warm up sets as needed.

Life Fitness Preacher Curl Machine
2 sets of 6 reps with 90 lbs.

Hammer Strength Tricep Extensions
2 sets of 6 reps with 120 lbs.

Standing Cable Curls
2 sets of 6 reps with 120 lbs.

Hammer Strength Dip Machine
2 sets of 6 reps with 225 lbs.

Hammer Strength Seated Bicep Curls
2 sets of 6 reps with 120 lbs.

1 Arm Overhead Dumbbell Extensions
2 sets of 6 reps with 35 lbs.

Then I finished off with some hand gripper training and push ups.

  • i do some pullups in the morning, then afternoon, biceps and triceps, then later at 11pm at night i do push ups and forearms and some wheel roller for abs, thats my complete workout of everyday, how many days should i take off and wen should i take them, are they really necessary?

    Thank you

  • @elgoose2003

What you are doing is good, but I recommend you go to my main channel page and check out my "Playlists". There is a good 3 day bodybuilding split routine posted that you can follow that is a much more complete program then what you are following.

  • do you think its ok do to biceps the day after your back workout or would it be too much strain on them? The reason im asking is because biceps are a secondary in a lot of back excersises and i feel a little pump in them when doin back but usually do biceps/triceps the next day

  • @southparkbbb

I've often trained arms the day after back or chest. I find that it works ok for me. But listen to your body. If your arms are sore from your back day, take a day of rest and hit them the next day instead.

  • @Leehayward love ur videos man!!!! I use them for my workouts but I wanted to know do u have to be sore after every workout in order to get muscle as you progress?

  • @Starscream2315

I have a video covering this question. Just search for "Do You Have To Get Sore To Build Muscle?"

Well that just goes to show how ignorant people are in your gym. Most top athletes train their grip, including powerlifters, olympic lifters, strongman competitors, arm wrestlers, etc. If people at your gym do not train their grip then there must not be many advanced trainers who workout there.

  • Dude, you are lucky they play the music they do at your gym. If I hear one more song from Lady Gaga or Rihanna or Beyonce at my gym, I am going ot friggin puke.

  • Hey nice videos, Lee. Thanx a bunch! The warm-up video was quite helpful! thanx =]

    Regards from Pakistan.

You can train arms once or twice per week, depending on your overall workout routine. Keep in mind arms get worked as secondary muscles with your chest and back workouts as well.

  • I like to do my biceps with back, and triceps with chest. It feels comfortable for me because I was doing all arms one day until I got a great biceps burn while working my back, so I thought it would be best to split them up

  • @Frankwolf100

Chin ups, dips, and push ups are all great exercises. I personally include them all in my workouts.

  • Man your lucky to have access to such a range of hammer strength machines
