Brilliant video mate!

@ericpkedyou1 Afraid not. You can see me messing with the wire around about the 6-7 second mark

@Neutrinoghost Thank you very much for the explanation. I understand now. Cheers mate!
P.s. Does the microphone happen to be wireless?

WHY ISN'T YOUR SHOULDER HARNESS ON DURING MOVEMENT ON THE GROUND? MAYBE IT'S JUST A U.S. THING.

@beast14777 The shoulder harness irritates me so I rarely use it. The lap belt is always secure, but it's not much in terms of restraint. I should wear it really I know.

Great video, just about to go and so my first solo on the PPL and thinking of recording my flights. The circuits fly by so quickly it would be good to learn from them and look back. How do you find the Go Pro? Do you just mount it to a window with the suction cup? And how do you capture your atc comms if I can ask?

@MrGamerTVUK Yep, the camera just uses the motorsports suction cup, it's very effective, although I'd recomment using it near one of the upper corners of the window to remove vibration. The audio was recorded on an Olympus VN 480-PC digital dictaphone with a mic in my headset earcup. Good luck with the solo.

Really great video! Took me back to my days of flying PA28s and 34s! It's much more fun than zipping around Europe in an Airbus!
Are you a member of B.mth flying club? I looked at joining a while back to keep up hobby flying and would be interested to hear what you think of it?

@OafArk I am a member but I don't live there anymore, I'm going to be flyng out of Tatenhill as soon as the weather improves a little. I do plan on moving back to Bournemouth within the year if my cash flow improves. It's a nice club, aircraft are pretty good and in plentiful supply, they have 3 Robins, 2+Warriors, a DA-40 & a Bulldog if you're doing single engine flying. Good atmosphere, great cafe & bar, very nice ATC and a huge runway (they have a 747sp based there).
