Bill, this "idea" comes directly from his voting record. As for the years under President Clinton, he enacted the AWB of 1994 by using lies to scare Americans into banning guns. This is simply unconstitutional.

They had a fully automatic gun ban back in the 1990's with Clinton in office. Obama has supported the hand gun ban in Chicago. The mystery is out if he will tax ammunition or ban certain types of weapons. Many people feel that guns like the AR15 or AK47 semiautomatics will be banned out right.
