Does Monoblos act like Yian Kut ku? Im now at 4* quest having Yian Kut ku Set w/ Strength Jewels (+20 health + 30 health armor) and Golem Blade w/ Strength Jewel too

Garuga armor, what would that be in MHFreedom2 portable, Is it comparable with bassarios? With cheating of the downloadable content quest volcanic trap I got Devil slicer at 2 - star elder quest, but I'm stuck on this 4 star quest =/
