  • Thanks for the video, very useful and the variety of positions are great, I only knew the internal and external rotation ones, and since I'm recovering from a dislocated shoulder injury this is going to help me a lot.

  • love it when u mention "notice no movenment of the joint"which is da whole point of isometric excercises thanks as an RN student this was very hard for me to understand reading it from da book
