Apart from the great performance here by Violeta Urmana, what I couldn't help but notice was the great work of the orchestra. I just think that this orchestra has a great sound. Loved it.

I'm impressed. Legato isn't as impressive as Price, but that was the greatest Leonora ever and it'd be more than a little unfair to compare. I find this to be a passionate and affecting performance. Her top notes are definitely secure and I bet that live you hear a lot more coloring of the voice than we have here.
