P1, Let's play of the incredible game, mount and blade.
I play this game since his release in 2008, I've try many mods whose Star wars conquest, mod 1866, SOD, mod 300, Age of blackpowder series and a dozen more. My favorite is Sword of damocles and it's with this one that I play. This mod able to build our own empire, building management, population and taxes management,
real untis recruitment and many more. (all the features in the download link)

How do you get music to play?

It never works on my comp and I can find no options about it.

@ultra695 The music should play anytime, is the Music active in option? Have you m&b 1.11? If you're playing with the mod, have you the last version? (it's 4.5 gold for sword of damocles) It's may be a bug, try reinstalling the mod/game.
