First of all, non-deductive inference (predicting future outcomes through past events) is not a matter of logic. Secondly, the claim 'I can predict the future' does actually entail (given the meaning of the word future) that all future events (including those seconds away) can be predicted. So unless the psychic adds an ad hod clause claiming he can only predict some of the future, there is no logical fallacy here at all, you fucking cunt.
