  • The funny thing about most of the people commenting on this. This is the "Over the beach test". I am certain that short of other US Marines no one is actually ever going to experience the need to fire their weapon moments after submerging their AR platform weapon. The weapon fails because it is filled with water and a round is fired before the water is allowed to drain from the barrel/ chamber causing an overpressure situation. 8 years in the Corps I never had to...

  • @ihaterobbie123 Also your words capturing gas in and around the gas block, you are speaking of gas also shows your an idiot because gas is not captured in the gas block and if gas was around the gas block that would mean the gas is freely in open air around the gun outside of the gun, so how do you think the gas then blows a M4 up !

Like I say don't attack a professional gun smith until you have facts .

  • @ihaterobbie You know nothing of these guns AK fanboy, I have built these guns for resale for 10 years from my Oregon shop so I know every part in them, its inpossible for what you said will happen.

The gas block has one hole in it from the gas port in the barrel to the gas block leading to the gas tube to the bolt carrier.

There is no gas pressure in the upper reciver because all pressure goes in the bolt carrier you idiot !

Don't attack a professional gun smith until you have your facts strait!

  • what a waste

  • @Hincesti07 "I know for a fact these guns will not blow up with water in then."

Except that they do, because of the AR's unique gas system which causes the pressure in the receiver to rise. With nowhere to go the water acts as a medium for the shock and transmits it much better than air, causing rupturing in and around the gas block.

If you think this video is a set-up you're only trying to convince yourself.

  • @Hincesti07 ROFL. It's simple physics. Are you sure you should own guns? A bit hostile what?

  • @dirac33 Well Ak fanboy how many Ar's or M4 have your used or built ?

I am a 52 years old Alaskan guide and gunsmith, until Sept 2011 when I left the U.S I had built and sold 1500 special Ars and another 1500 normal every day use ARs sold from my custom build shop in Oregon state USA.

I know for a fact these guns will not blow up with water in then.

Look your fucked up ideas about these guns because your some AK fanboy is complete Bull shit !

  • @Hincesti07 Wrong. The gas pressurized the water. Since water is basically incompressible, it blew out the clip. It's simple hydraulics.

  • I gotta get me one of those.

  • @speedfreak247 you still never know when you'll need to shoot a round off.

  • @Hincesti07 - YoU SpeaK of GeRmAN! HoW DaRE yOU inSJUlt! FuCKeD uR MAthEr!
