  • Wow. These videos are simply amazing. You, sir, manage to get the important points of each philosopher across without all the fluff and confusing shit that my teacher decided to add in. And

all while being a hilarious motherfucker. Bravo.

  • SOMEONE ANYONE PLEASE KNIGHT THIS MAN SIR PETER DAVIS!!!! LEGEND!!!!!!!

    HOMEWORK COMPLETED

  • @XanSnowz Actually we don't know that. 'I' for example is contentious as it implies a single, continuous identity. Rather all we know is that there are thoughts therefore something at that point exists ;)

  • @TheImmaterial a cyclinder can have properties of both. just depends on which way you are looking at it ;D

  • Though the color of something isn't necessarily a scientific postulate. It is a good argument.

  • @cdog9991 - One thing we know for sure: "Cogito ergo sum", though do not expect me to be a fan of Descartes...

  • @cdog9991 *Sigh* you obviously don't know much about maths and logic then. I mean logic in the proper, fundamental and exacting sense. Not some wishy washy sherlock holmes everyday sense. People cannot think illogical thoughts. You try and think P&¬P or that something has both the property of being a sqaure and being a cirlce. You simply cannot do it. Maybe in some loose sense of the meanings of those words you can, but not in a proper, rigorous manner.

  • Kaaaaablloooommm..... Thats the sound my mind made when this video blew it.

  • @TheImmaterial "Maths and logic act as constraints ..."

I'm not really sure what you mean by that because anyone can have illogical thoughts. Shit, if logic and math acted as constraints on everyones thinking the world would be a MUCH better place.
