@jgrimmier oh i see, ok i think i'll heed your advice then and find some sort of a sealant. i guess the best thing for me to do at this point then would be to contact the manufacturer to see if they have any recommendations. i'm a member of vivarium forum too so maybe someone there can point me in the right direction. thanks a lot for your help grim. your the only one i've yet to see post a vid on using the titebond yet btw so thanks again for doing so.
hey, thanks for posting the vid here using titebond glue. i was wondering what size tank this one is? my guess is, its the same as mine 18x18x24. I'm gonna try using this same glue method myself. you mentioned you plan on having a filter as well as a pump for the waterfall inside the cave. i'm planning on using the exo-terra repti-clear 250 filter which has a feature on the outgoing flow to attach a tube for a waterfall. i'm wondering if it would fit in a cave like yours tho? size is 2" x 5 1/4"

@jhappy4ever I wouldnt use this glue submerged unless you seal it with something. It gets a little soft over time, but doesnt break apart or anything. And it all depends how big you make the cave yourself. I have no clue on that because its you who is making it lol

@jgrimmier no, no, i'm of course planning on using my own design for my tank with the exception of the cave which is something i've seen many other people do other than yourself lol. you said you were planning on installing not only a filter, but a fountain pump as well. i just couldn't see how that would be possible with the size of the cave you have there, especially if your tank is indeed the same size mine is 18x18x24 which you still didn't comment on either btw.

@jhappy4ever Yes 18x18x24. The bottom cave is completely open, so there is a lot of room inside. Over the lenght of my wet test run, it stayed hard, but I have a feeling that over a long period of time it will soften. I used the glue as a sealant over some driftwood and it eventually became soft. Not a big dea though because all my frogs and plants are healthy. The titebond webiste says not to be used submerged, so that why I recomend sealing it now.

@lilnewk333 I have built for people in the past, but the only way I would start a build again is if I received full payment before starting.
The only problem I see is shipping, but that would just cost you a little more. Send me a private message if you are serious.
