  • Your tutorials are amazing!, I got many questions to ask you, first of all, I've heard that i should jsut popp the muscles that my weight is leaning on, On your tutorials I get that I should popp the whole body everytime i do a hit. I'm getting confused by this,

  • When you actually get into motion, just pop the muscles that your weight is leaning on. For the most part (outside of ground moves) that just applies to the legs! But if you CAN, like you are in a static pose, you can DEFINITELY pop both legs! AWESOME QUESTION!!
