Had to dance after watching Heather, I don't have a mirror so I often film myself. I wanted to share. I don't know if I'll be posting for a while. This is my first edited film in segments of practice as it unedited it had so many drops it would be boring to watch. The music is dubstep FM...I love it so much.

  • I use a 32 inch 20 mm 125 psi hoop, I am only a midget at 5ft 2 so this hoop size fits from the center of my chest to the tips of fingers...always a arms width away :-)

  • what's the (heather) link to the video that inspired this?

  • Every time I watch this video I see something new and something more to work towards.

  • I made a 34 inch hoop and i love it. (and duh, my tubing is also 125psi.) i just posted a new practice video - I'm getting better! Check it out if you have time. xxoo

  • cool! thx so much. center of chest to finger tips - that's a good approximation to use. i can't even imagine how light 125psi must be!

  • another great video! can i ask, what is your favorite general hoop size? i am using a 40" 300psi hoop now and thinking of making a smaller one.

  • je suis demoraliser rien que de voir comment tu es forte..pfff ^^
