It's a commercial. A real aircraft would not respond that way with the forces involved in a landing such as that.

First one they lost lift, not being stupid, but he did turn to be not the brightest by trying to lift off again. The second one was a tail rotor fail, and uncontrollable error. Third one looks like the helicopter lost lift, not sure though, so another uncontrollable error(probably). And then of course the last one was a commercial.

the first one was initiated by a mechanical fault in the chopper, the pilot did however make it worse by tring to lift off again after they'd gone into the water
