Hey girl, i know its hard not to feel discouraged, but try not to. The weight will come off. 16 lbs is a good victory for the first month! I was told to take in 100-0 calories if im not exercising that day, and 1200 calories if I am. Your probably not getting enough calories and your body is going into starvation mode. Try increasing your protein and veggies, and fliuds..and you may see some loss, Hang in there girl..we're all on this journey together! This is the BEST Support Group!

Don't feel bad. It's normal not to lose weight when you don't have restriction--a lot of people gain. You are doing great--16 pounds is excellent. That's four pounds a week.
Your calories seem fine. You might want to start walking around the block with some music. That would be fun and really help your weightloss. Also make sure your calories are coming from good sources. You will lose weight, don't give up.

Girl U look good! I can see a difference. Don't get discouraged. Keep going and add more protein and exercise. I'm going to start walking a little at a time until I can really do good. I thought about the gym but it's not 4 me right now. I need to make sure I can breath through it Lol. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about the weightloss. Maybe you need more fill. The good thing is that you have not gained.
Hugs and more hugs

you look good and this is a learning process. stay positive, journal your food intake, add in some exercise (even if you start out with a walk around your block) and keep believing that you can do this.
I eat between 800-1050 calories a day. are you drinking 64 oz of water daily? are you getting 60grams of protein daily? are you eating protein 1st? are you waiting at least 30 minutes after you eat to drink liquids?
keep on trucking!
Hi Angel, Don't get discouraged, just keep up the good attitude and you will start seeing results. I think that your calorie intake is fine. I would also keep track of fat (in grams) you are eating. I feel the best thing you can do is add more exercise.I find the elliptical at the gym is tolerable as long as I have my Ipod. If you can afford it, getting a personal trainer for 10/or so 1hr sessions will help you alot as well, because they will teach you how to use different equipment.
