@8100ed If you don't help the customer, management will eventually find out and fire you. They micromanage every aspect of your work, so I would be carefull to help people that you do not want to help.

@nickshagnasty Completely agree with j0hn this little ungrateful lazy ass would not have a Job if it was not for those morons. I work at a call center and right from the get go they told us we were basically punching bags for the companies that hire us (Banks and Credit Unions). Luckily we are in the USA and alot of people are relieve to hear that.

@princedoza - Thats a good reply. I get the most reply comments from this video. It truly came from my heart. I left the call center job a good while ago now, and I've lost 120lbs - its a new life, I have things to figure out still, however my life was going to end much to early based on the mental stress and poor eating habbits. I am now healthy and active. I'm still young, please, I know its cliche, but life is too short to waste in these horrible places, move on, and move on now.
