Here's a thought, why not force the the GAO (GovernmentAccounting Office) to track down the billions of dollars they can't seem to account for? Did you know that the GAO admitted to being totally incapable of auditing the NEA!!! There is so much waste and fraud it's mind blowing! I remember when California was trying instate the state lottery, the punch line was, "Do it for our schools" the lottery brings in billions annually where does it go? Boy did we get sold a bill of goods!!
