11th Street Midtown Atlanta flood 2009

11th Street in Midtown Atlanta gets flooded after another heavy rain. This is outside my apartment at the bottom of 11th Street, near Joe's on Juniper. The only sewer drain on the street creates a semi-large whirlpool. Someone in a BMW tries to drive through it, but you can see something come apart from underneath his car.
