I'm sorry, - this is nicely shot & a lot of effort has been put into it - but it doesn't capture the core of the movements & alignments that I feel are essential in this set.

Loose the ego folks; find your soul; the ego can not be present with anyone for the healing to be done, it is in the positive intent of which ignites all Qi.

When we criticize others it is because we are we and insecure and insecurity does not facilitate healing. This is healing in motion. Show me the PERFECT anything.

Brilliant. All those guys with neg comments aint been there and i have! When you know how to untwist the turns in your energy body then this is how easily your physical body flows with energised movement. Dont see what you guys prob is anyway, as the teacher was taught by a student of Kumar's who spent time studying with the big man in California. So easy when you know what to do, even after one workshop, let alone for life.

If Michael James is comfortable with the title "Qigong Master" at the beginning of this video, why is he not the one demonstrating the Dragon and Tiger set? If it happens to be Mr. James who pops briefly into the frame at about 3:10 into the vid, he should abandon delusion. This is little more than modern dance set to spooky music. The Dragon and Tiger set is fantastic and I appreciate the poster's enthusiasm for it, but cringe at the completely inaccurate representation.

Oh, dear. No wonder some say there is a lot of bad qi gong out there.  The benefits to be gained out of doing this qi gong are huge; someone taught her to begraceful, but the essence of this qi gong is totally missing. D Rapaport

this is more harmful than helpful. neither of you know what you are doing and when someone tries to learn from someone who does not understand, it compounds the dysfunction. seek a true shifu and find wellness filling your life.

watch this again and still dont get how you call it Dragon and Tiger Qigong. There is not much I can say is. She starts with swing 1 from Bruce's Opening the energy gates Qigong. Good impression of kate Bush some of her movements and you who ever you are are no better if she is a beginner. Sorry but rubbish

I also did Dragon and Tiger but through Bruce Frantzis's teachings.

You seem to do it very differently to how we were taught, but you flow nicely!

And I enjoyed the video.. soothing

this is not Dragon and Tiger as I was taught by one of Bruce Frantzis's senior students in 1997. That techer being Chris Chappell of Realtaoism who has a video on here. as for studying with Paul Cavel I dont think he would have taught you like this. Bruce has a dvd due out and suggest you relearn
