I had this record way back when even though it wasn't one of her Hits (it could have been, for it's a good effort) - now at least it's available on one of her CD collections - I guess she went from COLPIX RECORDS over to Vee Jay - and for someone who didn't consider herself a true vocalist she did very well!

@BB45s The BLOSSOMS (Darlene Love, Fanita James and Jean King) provide the background vocals on this track. The flip has their background vocals as well as those of Phil Sloan & Steve Barri.  The session was held at Western Recorders on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. The backing track features the best of the best of L.A.'s session players, now known as The 'Wrecking Crew'.
