Lucky tells Rebecca about the quartermaine family, and Nikolas walks in to kelly's and joins them. He offers to help her find a job but Rebecca refuses. After Nikolas leaves she feels bad and Lucky asks her how she'd feel about being a waitress.

Nikolas visits Elizabeth at Mercy Hospital and he tells her about how Rebecca refused to get help from him.

Rebecca considers to work at kelly's but doesn't want to take it if Lucky is forcing Mike to hire her but he's more than happy to have someone else working there. Then Edward shows up at kelly's and finds out she got a job offer there and Edward thinks it's unacceptable.

Elizabeth reminds Nikolas that Rebecca is NOT Emily and that she can't be duplicated just because Rebecca happens to look like Emily.

Edward offers Rebecca a job at the Quartermaine mansion but she declines because he's only hiring her based on the fact that she looks like Emily. Rebecca decides to be a waitress at Kelly's instead.

Edward shows up at Mercy Hospital and yells at Nikolas for scaring Rebecca, and both Nikolas and Elizabeth are shocked that he'd offer a woman he barely knows a job at the mansion. Edward points out that he's lived long enough to realize that situations like this aren't just coincidences. Edward is more than certain that she is related to Emily somehow.
