@gangstagrlz They are talking about the Risembool Rangers, the official Vic Mignogna fanclub that's grown bigger and bigger over the years. It's originally just a small yahoo club, but is now a giant community with it's on official website. There's been some interesting activities going on, so if you're a fan of Vic, go visit/google the Risembool Rangers.
