Kegel Exercises help to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, found to be quite helpful in preventing prolapse after child birth, preventing premature ejaculation problem in men and beneficial in solving incontinence of urine and fecal matter in both male and female. In Kegel exercises we used to alternately contract and relax pelvic floor muscles.
