I think the worst case of child abuse for me happenned in the UK where little baby P was bashed by his Neo Nazi dad where he suffered broken ribs and a fractured spinal chord. I think he was only 2 years old as well. Doctors said the baby had been living with these injuries for a while before death. Its sad and they could have dumped him on the door step of any other race to take care of him, but to treat him less than a dog is such a tearful waste of an innocent human being.
