aboriginals should really have rights and be encouraged to stay on their own land... they really dont integrate into western society at all... we have seen it fail. They would be better off living the primitive life. And australia is such a beautiful country we have to find the right mix of development and keeping it green. best country in the world by far

its a very sad day when our own valuable police force has to be used against our own people to further the aims of foriegn multinationals. Our land abounds in natures gifts of beauty rich & rare & Its bloody unAustralian not to stand up & care!

@bigbadburley5 I was there and saw the police pushing over women and elderly people with a smile on their face. All work has had to stop pending investigation by the D.I.A into destruction of cultural land, so the police were aiding an illegal activity, the matter is sullied enough.
What's more, I wasn't referring to much in the video, just my personal experience of the whole ordeal.
I saw the blood, you can't deny the truth of my own eyes to your interpretation of a 5 minute video.
Another class example of the Australian government getting it wrong. I really don't think 'SORRY' from a random prime minister in 50 years time will fix this big mistake, but I'm sure in 2061 they'll give it a try!
I am embarrassed to be an Australian when something as beautiful as Broome has been allowed to be distroyed by industry.
