  • @choirguy210 of course with all the roids he uses..

  • chuck norris should kick his ass!!

  • @biglogstrongman My best lift was 230 military press barbell at 152 pounds. I'm deluded enough to think I can get close to it again. Lately I've added reps to a heavy set by use of carnosine + tribulus. Among the greatest ever was Marvin Eder who peaked in 1953. He was way into nutrition but had less specialized substances. Astral Fruit might be able to contribute to strength restoration as it is telomerase dependent. Lemons contain bioflavonoids that strengthen arteries.

  • @skirts365 I too believe in the power of proper nutrition, herbs, and fruit/vegetable juicing. Thank you for the tip!!!!

  • @biglogstrongman No you won't, they all see obituaries in the newspaper. In spite of your hostility I'll pass a tip. I had chest pains after exercise age 53. I had hardened arteries and an aneurysm. Horse chestnut & butchers broom resolved the aneurysm due to vasoconstrictive action, & repeated use of lemon juice in plain water on empty stomach dissolved the arterial calcium. Citric acid is very corrosive against calcium. If left on teeth enamel will corrode, so rinse well

  • @skirts365 I'll be sure to pass that information on to the 54 year olds at my gym who are multiple IPF World Champions. 715lb drug free deadlift at 54 is A OK with me

  • @biglogstrongman I made OK sense. I made comparisons and asked questions. I mentioned strong men from the past. It isn't only the present that has meaning. Ridicule doesn't make things go away. Don't be concerned about me, worry about Father Time. He'll take all your strength away.

  • @skirts365 Can you make any less sense? How many chocolate martians does it take to lift a cheese wheel over a mountain? Only a Bulgarian horse with a bracelet.

    Get lost

  • Quite the strong brute. Now when will he lift three times his own weight from the floor to locked arms over head? It takes a Bulgarian to do such a thing. For old time strong men see Tom Topham, William Carr, Mills Darden and Maximinus Thrax. Scary, freaking bulldozers! Topham's tendons and ligaments were 3 times average size and Thrax wore a bracelet as a ring---and outran a racehorse. We need to see the first 600 pound clean and jerk. Will this guy try it? Only a foreigner can do it!
