Is that pastor Dave from that 70s Show in the red. He reminds me of him.
-
@arcxjo Weekly basic cable listings are in some tabloid newspapers.
-
@arcxjo Same reason we still have them, to learn what happened yesterday.
-
Some dude in Ohio just stabbed his friend for not knowing Beyonce was married to Jay-Z so....
-
@arcxjo Man, you have eye for details! well done!
-
@arcxjo I'm guessing it was the previous days newspaper.
-
@arcxjo Who knows? I've often read yesterday's paper at diners. Maybe the guy missed the paper yesterday and is reading an article from it. Dude, it's a comedy skit from 1989, first of all. So not sure why you're so worried about it, but it's either yesterday's paper that the guy up there was reading, which is a common practice, especially at diners, or, as I said, they used to put yesterday's TV listings in their papers in Chicago when I was a kid - could be that, too. Either way - it's a SKIT.
-
@dasheight But he grabbed it from the diner guy, WHO WAS READING IT at the time -- it wasn't just an old paper lying around.
-
@arcxjo He grabbed the previous day's paper. Either that, or I know they used to do that in Canada.

This happened to me the other day in my philosophy class.
My friend Jordan: Who's the guy who played Garfield in the live-action movie?
Me: Bill Murray.
Jordan: No, no, He was in Ghostbusters.
Me: Yeah, Bill Murray.
Jordan: No, no, no. He died in Zombieland.
Me: THAT'S BILL MURRAY!!!!!!!
Andy (the guy sitting next to me) : It's Bill Murray.
Jordan: Oh... Thanks Andy.
