In this Workouts on Demand lesson, Jessie takes you through an Express Yoga workout with the Warrior sequence, in less than 10 minutes. You will start in Mountain pose, uniting your movements with your breathing. Then you will move to Warrior 1 for several breaths. Transition into Warrior 2 and then into Reverse Warrior. Jessie shows you an adjustment to make to support your lower back in this position. Remember to keep your front knee straight and bent at 90 degrees throughout all of the Warrior poses. You will move back into Warrior 2 and then into Angle pose. From there, you will transition back into Reverse Warrior, Warrior 2, and then Mountain Pose. Then you will go through the sequence again, with your other leg forward.
