"I Don't Care Anymore"
Written and performed by George Harrison
An impromptu performance by former Beatle George Harrison as he and Alan Freeman wrapped up their interview together.
Alan "Fluff" Freeman (1927-2006) was a BBC radio and television personality who's career spanned over forty years.
This recording was from an interview Mr. Freeman conducted with Mr. Harrison for the syndicated radio series "Rock Around the World"; broadcast on 05 October 1975.
The show centered on the promotion of Harrison's album "Extra Texture", which had just been released on 22 September.
George saw fit to dedicate the final song to Alan whom "...never harassed me in all my days as a Beatle".
If your program producer should get uptight
because we talked on tape most the night
Realize that its our right
to get back up them stairs
You know I don't care
