There were some funny moments at the hearing at City Hall on two bills pertaining to New York City's horse-drawn carriage industry. Hear from Frank Rodden in this clip, an excerpt from his full testimony.
New York City's carriage industry has been deemed inhumane by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Friends of Animals, and numerous animal advocacy organizations. The New York City Bar Association also supports a full ban, and opposes a bill that would reward this industry.

Remember people, you can see Mr Frank Rodden doing a star turn in "Blinders" at 38 minutes.

He pulls on a mask after the camera has seen his face, while he attacks two from PETA who were just filming.

He makes some terroristic threats, as he does below. I think it's time we returned Mr Rodden to Ireland where they seem to like this sort of behavior.
