Under new management, Star Trek: The Motion Picture has been remastered again. This video previews the the 'Leaving Dry Dock' sequence.
(Actually, having just fitted my 1986 Ford Escort 1.4 GL Estate with XR3 style driving lamps, I felt that 'Ernie' had been refitted. Here's an appropriate 'launch' video to celebrate my brilliant car.)
I just realized you need to reshoot this, and this time make the video at night to give it a more accurate feel

Well it is this exciting if you don't wear underwear and get your johnson stuck in your zipper!

I'm afraid to ask, but what happens when you take it ahead warp factor 7? I'm guessing catastrophic engine failure- or worse!

HILARIOUS!
I laughed!
I cried!
I pissed my pants!
Well,,, I did laugh.
I'm guessing most of this took several takes. I can't imagine keeping a straight face through it all.
I wonder how many of your neighbors were glued to the windows wondering if you'd gone round the bend?

WELL DONE! If only you could have waited long enough to start the engine to sync up with the firing of the Enterprise impulse drive. But this was really cool, I had a blast watching it.
