  • kurobuta originates from berkshire pigs from britain but the kurobuta in japan are raised differently and has to come from japan to be called kurobuta.

  • @foodcurated i've heard of people sell kurobuta meat here in the philippines. i gotta have my hands on those. =D

  • should also check out kurobuta. literally translates as black pig. treasured almost as much as wagyu or kobe beef in japan.
