CIVU music: Guzheng solo, Dance music of the Yi ethnic group, by LIU Le

CIVU's 3rd Great Lakes Confucius Institute Music Festival. On Oct 17, 19:00-21:00, the visiting Traditional Chinese Ensemble of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music put on a performance of traditional Chinese music, featuring string music instruments such as the Erhu, Pipa, Yangqin, Guzheng, Liuqin, and wind instruments like the Dizi, Sheng, Suona. The performance culminated in the joint performance of the Lion Dance Music, the Jasmine Flower, and Ode to Joy by VU students and Thea Bowman Leadership Academy's students.
