Looks more like a romanian with restricted range of motion than a rack deadlift. Start with the weight and the rack, drive though the heels with your hips, lockout at the top and then bring the bar down to the rack. Don't bounce the bar off the rack, it takes away from the main purpose of the lift which is getting a dead bar moving i.e. overcoming inertia. Use chaulk if your grip is a problem.

good job on the weight management, controlled, but unless this is supposed to be a romanian deadlift u need to try to keep your back straight and bend with your knees, but nevertheless good job.

Strong lift man! Nice job, you're very powerful with good control. I really like somebody who controls their reps. That's rare to find these days.
