Although I despise my ISP, Rogers, I have noticed they have stopped throttling me late last year, huge difference. Another +1 for the small guy! Thanks Open Media.

Very true @Matrixducky123. Canadians are some of the heaviest Internet users in the world, so our services should definitely reflect our use of it.

Does anyone realize that the internet is a product... a paid service... You're not ENTITLED to the internet, as all gen Y's seem to think. Corporations are not "evil", you're not entitled to no caps, you're not entitled to downloading anything on the internet because it "exists" there. Ignorance of the laws doesn't give you permission to break them.
