No one owns music man, anyone could have done that base tone, besides both tunes are completely different, similiar, but completely different, lawls!

You simply don't understand why copyright law is important. Recording and distributing music is very expensive. Companies or private individuals will not record and distribute music unless they have a way to recover their costs and make a reasonable return on their investment. The only way to do that is strong property rights. Of course, anyone can publically perform or re-record another person's music if they pay a simple licensing fee.
