Matt from Commack with the correct pre pass postion and throwing motion. Nice left arm tight just like the nfl qbs. By NFL QB coach Todd Krueger. 4 free qb info go to http://www.playqb.com or follow me on twitter@quarterbackguru.com
All you idiots that are saying its too slow, is because hes teaching and its short easy passes. there no need to throw out your arm when you are practicing form
@porschinator As a former NFL QB and with friends that are NFL QB Coaches, I teach NFL Quarterback Training Techniques. So we are clear currently the NFL Coaches are teaching quarterbacks to have there non throwing arm tight to the left shoulder if they throw right handed. It quickens the throwing motion! What Tom Brady, Eli Manning, Drew Brees, A Rogers or Tony Romo. All NFL QB's have there left arm tight. So unless you have coached or played NFL QB stop giving back advice. THX
Wow really people? Not even Pros would yap like you all. Sure the kid's mechanics are a lil off. His left arm should act as more of a counter weight to his throwing arm than tucked too far to the rib cage, unless you plan to only throw no farther than 10-15 yards. This will quicken his release which is critical since there is no time in the pocket. Also the kid's hip movement is weak and needs more core strength in order to add power from his legs into his throw. Im no Pro but been around.
This is not a good release, its too elongated and slow. Also the left arm should never stay tight like that, it should follow through to where its down by the back. Not pretty at all.
This kid is not perfect, but what you guys have to remember is that this video was taken the summer BEFORE his Grade 10 football season and school year. He throws decently for someone who is 15 years old; and, has good size, plus physical potential for somebody his age.

His elbow physics are all wrong. regardless of how young someone is, motion should be constant. To young throwers: DO NOT USE THIS AS A TEMPLATE.

Wrong gilsong2303. Watch every All Pro NFL QB there non throwing arm is tight to shoulder. It helps with the hips and shoulder rotation.
