Home and Away - 1989 Opening Titles (Set 3) HQ

July 1989 saw the introduction of two new characters - Viv and Adam. They both got their own shots in the new titles. The other new shot in these titles was the Carly/Bobby one (yet again showing Carly checking out the guys that run past on the beach - the same thing as the Carly/Lynn and the two Carly/Roo shots!)

Also, you will notice that Fisher and Celia were 'promoted' up the order, appearing after Bobby and Carly.

Used from episode 341 to 350 (total 10 episodes), between Monday July 3, 1989 and Friday July 14, 1989.

video quality sure has changed allot since 80s but i think most shows these days are rubbish, no new shows can replace classics

Were these credits used for a very block of episodes? In the set used between this set and the next again, Bobby appears in a single shot, with yellow graphics, Viv appears with Carly (pink graphics), Marilyn appears with Morgan (purple graphics.) The shot of Bobby and Carly was reintroducd later that year and Viv appeared in a shot with Emma, which was replaced after a few weeks when Emma changed her image.
