Trouble In Paradise, The final episode

This is the final episode in the series Trouble In Paradise The Evolution of a Thai beach. Thailand is one most beautiful countries in the world. Over the last 25 years I've watched Thailand change from a backpackers haven to an international destination.

With these changes a major problem has occurred, and on a recent trip i realized there was trouble in paradise. It seemed everywhere I looked there was garbage.

Thai people are obsessed with money. They will do anything to get it including ripping off every visitor that arrives. They care nothing for the environment or the future, Most places like Pee Pee Island are run by local mafias who decide what is built and where.

Why not stop all smoking there? Why not charge a cleaning fee? Why not ask the same people that bring the trash to pay for it.?

Travel boy here points out what everyone already knows. His idea is to have every person pick up one piece of trash. What about the rest?

Because the Thais want to money.

I lived in Thailand & watched the Thais throw trash out of cars, school buses ect & no one cared. If the Thais dont care should others?

I paid Thais to pick up garbage at their own homes. LOL

It's a great message you are promoting. Overdevelopment has happenned in alot of places and we need to keep the planet prinstine.

Come to Australia if you want to see beautiful beaches with great surf.

There's no development on any of them. Except Manly and Bondi which just has a walk way built in the 20s.
