110m Hurdle final at the 1999 NCAA Championships. This had quite a few big names, like Terrence Trammell, Ron Bramlett, Dawane Wallace, Aubrey Herring and Greg Richardson.
i have seen this so many times, i have a few things to say. 1. he did get the best start in the field, that man should shut up. 2. one of his best races, not for how clean he was, but how much momentum he retained after hitting so many, i mean to be THAT powerful. he's such a good runner/competitor it's silly.
omfg this is cool gregory richardson is my tai kwon do instuctor in faetss martials arts in lansing (michigan) he told me he did track and field he got third omfg lol
lol, I know about the 4 step drill, that is what prompted me to try it in the 110's because 5 steps made me stutter step then "jump"...and we both know "jumping" the 110's is just uncivilized! lmao
clearly u ddnt reafd correctly i said wen they are LEARNING how to run the 300 and 400 hurdles foo. There is a 4 step drill that helps hurdlers get used to using their non dominant leg
lol...you just coming at me mad wrong dude; I was 5'2 and if you know anything about running the 110's then you know that someone that short might not be able to 3 step. Also, if you noticed I did say 3 stepping is best for 110's and if you can 4 step in the 300/400 hurdles then your legs must be hella long. lol
wow yah if uwacth or kno ANYTHING about hurdles than u should kno that 3 steppin is the fstest an qucikest method...give me 1 person who has won a majr championship or any for that matter who 4 stepped get yo game up real talk....the only time ppl 4 step is wen they are learnin how to hurdle with both legs for the 300/400 hurdles. an if not then they are NOT talented or fast enough to 3 step
I like how they're all black..

There is no penalty for knocking them over unless the judges think you are knocking them over on purpose.
