This man is such a credit to sport and is so underated. If he was a footballer he would have had sponsors coming out of his ears. He just seems to have endless energy and it's fascinating to watch. I have seen many biased American top athlete polls and Bjorn Dahlie doesn't make the top 100 in any, which is disgusting. In my opinion he is right up there. Cross Country skiing is such a difficult sport to excel at and they have to have extreme training routines just to compete, never mind dominate.

@MrJuha82 Yes, I fully agree with you about Mika! I became to know him because of my brother who also was a skier. Met him a year ago and now it's hard to believe he's gone! watch?v=XAaK_u3t0s4

He was drunk because he cryed for his history(doping using). I think a God forgives to Mika Myllylä ): (: ... Mikas life was hard later i know, his wife is relative to me.

We meeted Mika and his childs on my homecity sport stadion/arena.

I was once a Sprinter(athletics).

Mika was there too with his childs, he seemed to be very kind and friendly man, not bully or very bad person type.

@MrJuha82 It is widely considered that the 90's was known as the EPO era. I have no actual proof, but I've heard that saying going around the sports world. Right now I will look at it that nobody doped, gotta look on the bright side, although that's hard to do with endurance sports.

@heathey2 99% of Americans have never even heard or seen xc skiing. It's all about the three major sports, MLB, NFL and NBA. Heck, even Federer or Bolt don't figure in any of their lists!
