  • I'm from Israel. 26 years old. been training for 2 years. the first year I made almost no progress than I started eating healthy and training correctly (with free weights instead of machines) and I'm making a lot of progress now

  • @luimarco i just turned 17. been weight training for exactly 1 year. i am an ectomorph and have gained almost 2 stone but heres the problem. my body fat increased from 10% to 14%. i eat all healthy food. how do i get rid of it without harming muscle.???

  • this may be late but i'm from canada and not completed your plan. Actually i use parts of yours with mine and other peoples plans but now instead of getting a six pack by this summer i'm going for one for next summer. I don't really wanna post any pictures cuz i'm not in the best shape.not fat and not ripped so in between.

  • I tried to add my response Video here, but I don't see it on the your response page; if you didn't get it my stats are 5'9'' 220 and I want to get down to 160 or so to remove all the excess weight and put on as much muscle as my body can handle. I watch you almost everyday and I will continue to post videos on my page so everyone please add me to stay up to date, thanx!

  • What I am doing now is to enjoy the process quite much and after some time (2/3 months max.) I want to see results. If I don't see (much) results than I am probably doing something wrong so I have to figure out why that is.

    I think I am more realistic now... and that keeps the fun sky high ;) Big expectations can lose my motivation, so I don' see myself like Arnold Schwarzenegger or like Lui and I don't look in the future. I just see what happens and how much progess I make.

  • And what about my goals and expectations? Sounds it weird I don't really have that? :) Ten years ago I wanted to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger and saw myself something like him. But now, I am 3 months back in training and I know that I can't be Arnold Schwarzenegger. First of all, I am not a steriod user and I never will and I don't have excellent genetics... so that's off the track :)

  • Hey Lui, been following your vids for a while, heres a little bit about me.

    I'm 15yo, from Ontario, Canada. I'm a competitive cyclist, so bodybuilding isn't really in my nature. However I must stay lean inorder to perform well, body fat. This is where your videos help me, with good tips of nutrition. Right now I am really lean with about 5%, and BMI of 19ish.
