The Copicats performing The Killers All These Things That I've Done At The Swan Hotel Brewood on Sunday 20th September 2009.
The Copicats Bass player Tim Hubball may be a familiar face with Tim is the founder member of 80s band Soul Survivors
About The Copicats
The Copicats were formed in January 2008 for a birthday party, and had no intention of playing again, but after a powerful energetic set and three encores, it was obvious they had stumbled onto something really special. The four piece band is made up by former Soul Survivors founder & lead vocalist Tim Hubball, Ed Davies Lead Guitar, Andy Hess Keyboards & on drums a former member of the critically acclaimed band The Open Roger Westwood. Because the band have such a wealth of musical knowledge through their teaching at Zip Rockschool, the recreation of the covers are as close as you will ever experience, with an energetic and charismatic delivery. From James Brown, Wilson Pickett, The Four Tops through the 70s with the Doobie Brothers, The Who, the eighties with Queen, AHA and The Police, the nineties with Oasis and Blur, to today with The Killers and the Arctic Monkeys, you can see why this band is rapidly gaining a huge following of all ages. Since that party in January the band have played over forty shows, one of which was the sold out Brewood Music Festival on July 12th supporting Showaddywaddy. The cream of all covers bands
