之前到韓國旅遊吃過韓國料理,對於人參雞加麵線及烤肉的美味唸唸不忘,但是對於餐餐必吃的泡菜,剛開始覺得新鮮爽口,吃到第三天味覺就產生變化,開始沒辦法體會其美味,我­想這就是習慣及民族性的養成吧!每個國家的食物都有其地域上的風格及特色,喜歡或不喜歡都無法強求,但是我會以嚐鮮的心態去試每一種料理。韓國傳統食物除了辣的過癮的泡菜­外,還有各式各樣辣味料理,石鍋娘是改良韓式的口味,另外調製醬汁與咖哩替代辣醬,讓想享受韓式口味卻不吃辣的人,可以放心食用。石鍋拌飯是韓國特有的米食,再加上愛情的­表徵﹝在韓國,男人要幫女人先拌好飯,女人吃不下時,男人要幫女人吃光光,是為愛情的表現﹞,不過在餐廳裏看到大多數是自己拌自己的那碗飯。石鍋是由韓國產的角閃石製成的­,這種石料被稱為世界特產,因為它比其他石材耐熱性更強,石鍋導熱速度快,可長時間保持在高溫狀態,所以喜歡吃鍋粑的人,可以將米飯放久一點再拌勻。
