  • Impressive weight. Drop your hips and engage the legs more and you can probably add another rep or two. And save your back.

    Still damn good.

  • his form is fine you fucktards - its not 100% perfect (he could get lower) but its not that bad

  • Try to get out of the habit of using straps, it will do the forearms wonders.

  • Not completely true, push the feet into the ground and pull almost at the same time.

    It is crucial to engage the legs first as it will help keeping the hips lower and hence taking the unnecessary strain off your lower back.

  • Ouch. You might want to lower the weight alot and maybe try to use your legs just a teeny bit.

  • Watch ur back, need to arch more. try pushing the weight rather than pulling from the ground. Nice lift.
