A look at my 40 Gallon Breeder "Death Tank":
9 Glass Catfish
9 Golden/Yellow X-Ray Tetra
7 Blushing X-Ray Tetra
7 Albino Glowlight Tetra
1 Wrestling Half-Beak
25 Ghost Shrimp
3 Albino Cory Catfish

Eventually I would like to add Dwarf Hairgrass as a ground cover and Micro Sword as a decoration at the base of the rock background, and perhaps Water Sprite or Duck Weed for floating cover.

  • how do you clean a tank of that size???? would love to know

  • @Kslim07 I try to not let it get dirty in the first place. Lots of filters and shrimp really cut down on the maintenance, regular water changes do the rest (I was doing about 20% a week).

  • how much would the tank cost ?

  • @darraghLOLkeogh the tank is about $80 online or $100 in store (at petco at least).

  • What type of wood are you using? And what are the rocks in the backround? Thanks

  • @XXGOLDENXXDRAGONXX the wood is sandblasted grapevine. The rocks in the background are saltwater lace rock. The rock was not "live" for saltwater use when I got it.
