Thanks for posting the video of your exhaust. I have an 01 540i and I'm thinking of purchasing the B&B exhaust. I also have afe intake. How loud is the noise from inside the car while you are driving? I don't want it to be too loud. Did you purchase it from BavAuto?

Louder than stock in care noise you can hear it at intown speeds around 35 to 40 mph i would say sounds like being in a mustang with exhaust, but if you do alot of interstate or highway driving it goes away. I went with the B&B exhaust because it had the turn down so i didn't have to cut in to my bumper. Yes BavAuto all the way best prices around for BMW stuff. You say you have the aFe intake any MAF sensor problems mine will get the oil from filter on it and have to spray off with carb cleaner
