  • Thank you for this. It is hard to kick bad habits. I used to work out at least 3x's/wk. and would like to do it again. Instead, I just walk the dog and ice skate/play hockey 2-3x's.wk. which doesn't give me the cardio and strength training. I have the Insanity Workout video and I think it is 60 days one should stick to it,but I like the 21 day option more. Lets get motivated, a new week will be starting...
