Great Respect to the teachers for their efforts towards the children. It's an excellent way to teach, expose children to English, you'll are doing a great work. These children would have bright future because of you. Hope every Indian put in such efforts.

Material already taught is shown. Students move according to the meaning of the words, and pertinent movements consolidate memory. They interact by answering in a chorus (as long as they all do it.) This is good 'active learning'. class time and movements are controlled. Kids are not unsupervised, as in some other countries.
One innovative item: The children are all nicely literate in Devanagari and they write below the English groups the pertinent devanagari sounds.
