God I wish every inmate was offed in ol'sparky. We could off 2 inmates every hour and still never run out.

he could have died by suicide and it would have cost far less than for the state of Tennessee (hope I've spelt that right) to put him to death.

Holton sentenced himself to death. He refused to cooperate with the state appointed attorney and even took preventative measures in order to avoid appeal, not to mention he even turned himself in for the killings.
He studied law while he was in jail and was fully aware that his state had the death penalty. This man had even planned on killing himself after the murders. He WANTED to die, so what is the problem with a man using the state to do what he had intended to do all along?

How about asking what it is that makes some people behave so perversely? Oh wait. Then you'd have to ask for various governments and their security teams (e.g. CIA, MI5&6) to justify their actions. Do you suggest we let him off with a warning or give him probation?! Cause im sure he wouldnt do it again right?? I mean im sure he said sorry! Wow.., so matter of fact. "...larger than old sparky". Lovely. WTF? You're killing your people and you don't seem to care that they're products of your society. What the hell is wrong with you? I thought you believed that god is love. Where is the Love? I shake my head in disbelief that in the 21st century you find this acceptable. How about working towards creating a society where such damaged individuals either don't exist or help them before they reach this point. Stop killing your people.
